Policies

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that things in life come up or emergencies happen and we are more than happy to accommodate the best we can. We reserve an appointment time just for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so a minimum of 12 hours before your booked appointment time. Failure to do so without an emergency will result in a charge of the fee of the scheduled service or use of your package on file. In addition, should you fail to notify us that you will be missing your appointment, we will require you to pre pay for any future appointments. 

Late Policy

Those who are more than five minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be asked to wait or to come back at another time. If you are unsure of your ability to arrive promptly please book accordingly or kindly notify us if you are running late.

Packages

All packages expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise designated.

Refunds

All tanning sessions. teeth whitening sessions, packages, and retail items are non-refundable. Should there be an issue with your service, please contact us within 24-48 hours. In doing so, we will resolve the problem, free of charge. Retail items are non returnable nor are they refundable.

Payment

We accept cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, 985Trade, and Crescent City Trade as forms of payment. Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated.
